LA Wildfire Clothing Drive at Great Labels - DONATIONS & PICK UP

To our Great Labels family and our LA community,

We are devastated by the impact of the wildfires and our hearts are with everyone affected. We have built this business on your support over the last 28 years, and want to do as much as we can to help our community that we have grown to think of as family. Great Labels is currently offering free clothing, shoes, and other items to anyone affected. Thanks to our community coming together, we received countless donations and many people wanting to help. Our clothing drive is located at our store at 1126 Wilshire Blvd, Santa Monica, and is available everyday during our store hours. If you want to help, please spread the word and share, and we urge anyone to come pickup as many items as they’d like for themselves, friends, and family. Everything is completely free, and we are more that happy to pull pieces for you, create bundles, and even ship to those in need. Knowing our community and customers, we know your belongings and clothing are more than just “stuff”. We understand fashion is a part of our identity, and many of you have put time and hard work into building your wardrobes. We are here to help you rebuild in anyway we can, even if its just providing a safe space to take your mind off of things and be around fellow fashion lovers. 

DONATION INFORMATION:

We are now accepting new donations, and donation drop off is available everyday during our store hours. We are grateful for for the amount of donations received and we please ask that when you donate (at Great Labels or another organization) you to refrain from donating stained, dirty, torn clothing, trash, broken items, and used undergarments. Sorting through an overwhelming amount of unusable items creates more work for those running donations and is inconsiderate of those in need. If you wouldn’t use it, wear it, or give it to a friend, you shouldn’t donate it.

We are asking for gently used or new women’s, men’s, and kid’s clothing (jeans, sweaters, basics, jackets, shoes, etc...), accessories, bags, and anything else that someone starting from scratch might need.

Great labels is also offering 20% off on all regular-priced merchandise, and the purchase of select items will be directly donation to the California Fire Foundation. Your support will also greatly help our small business who will also feel the affects of this devastation.
