Return Policy
Great Labels takes great care accurately describing our merchandise. If you are unhappy with your purchase the item can be returned for a credit , minus all shipping charges incurred by Great Labels and a $25.00 restocking fee. The item must be returned within 48 hours with original tags in place and in the exact condition. Please email us as soon as possible after receiving your items to notify us of your intent.
Shipping (Domestic)
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
All merchandise will ship with 48 hours of paynment. Exceptions are holidays and weekends and certain dates noted on the website. Purchases made by credit card will only be shipped to the verified credit card address. Shipping in the US is free on all orders over $250.00, and $15.00 on all orders under $250.00. We ship USPS priority mail.
Shipping (International)
We ship internationally to many countries with a flat $40.00 charge. Please email us for information about your country.
Custom Fees
International orders may (and most probably will) incur custom fees or import duties payable to the country where it was delivered. Any additional charges incurred are to be paid directly by the customer. We cannot estimate the costs for you as they vary greatly from country to county.
