All items on Great Labels online store are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We do not sell reproductions. Our experts take the time to thoroughly inspect each item for authenticity and only authentic items will be found at Great Labels. If you have any questions regarding an item, please email us prior to purchase.

• Is my information private and secure?

Great Labels will not sell or release any information gathered on this site. All credit card transactions are processed through Paypal or Google, which do not give us access to credit card information. We do not keep your private credit card information on file.

• Am I getting what I see in the ad?

Great Labels makes every effort of show the merchandise as accurately as possible. Any imperfections in an item will be depicted or described. We do our best to photograph and describe merchandise, however, slight color variations can occur due to differences in reproductions and monitor representation. • Are my purchases taxed?

If you live in or ship your order to California, we are required to charge you local tax on your purchase at the current rate of 9.25%.

• How long can I expect delivery to take?

Your order will he filled as promptly as possible, usually within 48 hours. We will notify you of any delays. Great Labels uses the USPS Priority mail services for all orders unless otherwise specified.
